Engaging directly with organisations on complex commercial and strategic problems. I work with leadership to build the analytical foundation their decisions require, from feasibility through to delivery.
Contracting
Working embedded within consulting firms or client teams, providing specialist capacity from the inside. I operate as part of the team, delivering to the same standard as a senior internal resource, without the overhead of bringing on a permanent hire.
Ventures
Baselines is not only a client practice. It's also a platform for exploring and building independent commercial ideas. The same structured, evidence-led approach I apply to client problems is applied to ventures I'm developing under the Baselines name.
